Rock crawling in a Polaris RZR is always a thrill—but when the A-Arms are taking a beating instead of the tyres, it’s time for an upgrade. SuperATV’s High-Clearance 1.5″ Forward Offset A-Arms for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 are built to keep machines high and out of trouble. With a larger-than-stock build and a 1.5″ forward offset, these A-arms offer greater stability and allow for tyres up to 34″ without needing a lift kit.

Their unique bend design provides an extra 1.5″ of ground clearance, helping the vehicle glide over rocks, logs, and other tough obstacles. The added forward offset improves the wheelbase and overall ride stability, making off-roading smoother and more controlled—even on steep climbs and rugged terrain.

These A-arms are made from 1.25″ steel tubing, which is 25% larger than stock, and finished with a UV-resistant powder coat that resists wear and corrosion. Each kit includes self-lubricating UHMW bushings that get smoother with use, extending the life of the suspension. Backed by a lifetime warranty, they’re built to take whatever the trail dishes out.

For added control, the arms include adjustable pivot blocks, which are pre-set to stock specs for easy installation. Riders who choose to install lift kits or carry more weight can fine-tune the camber as needed to preserve ride quality and reduce tyre wear.

SuperATV also offers the option to add heavy-duty ball joints, which they’ll install for free. These joints are made from hardened 4340 VAR steel, zinc-plated for durability, and designed to outperform OEM by handling over twice the pressure.
